CASARA DOS (approx. 70m2)
was a tower that was built in the 70s and was later renovated into a 3 story house.
In the ground floor there is a kitchen and a dining area, in the first floor there is a living room and a bathroom, and on the top floor there are 2 bedrooms with amazing views to Zahora beach where you can fall asleep with the sound of the sea.
Recommended for 3 o 4 people, max 4.

Deposit
The deposit is €300. It will be paid when handing the keys and returned the same day of check out.
Crib and high chair
Crib and high chair for a baby are available for €20/whole time of your stay.
Bringing your pet
There is a cleaning charge of €30 per dog per stay this covers the extra cleaning as we have to cater for future guests who maybe allergic to dogs and therefore we do a deep clean after furry guests.
We love animals and well-behaved pets are welcome at CASARA under your responsibility! We expect pets to remain on the floor and ask that you don’t allow dogs on any furniture (beds, sofas, tables), no dogs to be left unattended in the property at all.
Energy consumption fees for the coldest months
To slow down the continuous growth of energy consumption in our country and create an energetic culture based in energy saving, we have been obliged to establish for the months between November and April, both inclusive, energy consumption fees.
The cottage comes with wood burning stove, a winter eiderdown and a blanket for each bed. We are happy to give you more blankets if you need them and the wood for the stove. In case you are still cool, we can provide you a radiator but the electricity will not be included in the price as it is an extra services. Each rural house has an electricity meter located within the power panel. The meter will be read when receiving the keys of the house and when checking out and the KWh consumed will be charged at €0.30/KWh.
The average consumption per day in a house for 4 people it is 6KWh. A moderate radiator´s electricity consumption is €3 per day approx.
